  1. Status: Nonprofits and small businesses must provide their UBI and the state where their organization is registered. Alternatively, you can submit your Federal Tax ID along with the IRS letter of determination.
  2. Geographic Eligibility: Open to organizations based in the United States.
  3. Sector Focus: Eligible sectors include education, government, healthcare, social services, and other non-profit areas.
  4. Financial Stability: If applying for a matching grant, organizations must demonstrate financial stability to meet matching fund requirements through tax statements in the last two years.
  1. Application Form: Complete and submit the detailed application form available on our website.
  2. Project Proposal: Submit a comprehensive project proposal through email that includes:
    • A clear statement of needs and objectives.
    • Detailed description of the technological services required.
    • Expected outcomes and impact on the community.
    • Proposed timeline and budget.
  1. Supporting Documents: Include relevant documents such as:
    • Proof of non-profit status.
    • Recent financial statements.
    • Previous project reports, if applicable.
  1. Impact: Preference will be given to projects that demonstrate significant potential to benefit the community or target population.
  2. Alignment: Projects must align with the mission and goals of the grant provider.
  3. Feasibility: Projects should be realistic in terms of implementation within the proposed timeline and budget.
  4. Sustainability: Proposals should include plans for sustaining the project beyond the grant period.
  1. Scope of Work Agreement: Develop a mutually agreed-upon scope of work outlining the services to be provided and project milestones.
  2. Project Timeline: Establish a clear and realistic timeline for the project, including key milestones and completion dates.
  3. Service Delivery: All services will be provided by Alliance professionals as specified in the scope of work.
  4. Regular Updates: Grant recipients will receive regular updates on project progress and any encountered challenges.
